Becoming A Referring Center

Prior to sending samples:

1. Contact the PGD Lab at GIVF to begin the process
2. Sign the PGD lab contract, which sets forth the details of the relationship between your clinic and the PGD lab at GIVF
3. Schedule a visit to our state-of-the-art laboratory facility in suburban Washington, DC, for free biopsy and cell spreading training (you should allow 2 days in the laboratory)
4. Practice techniques learned during training. We encourage our collaborators to send practice samples to our lab prior to beginning actual clinical work
5. Begin sending clinical samples for your patients to GIVF
